Birra Morgana

Birra Morgana was founded in 2007 out of the passion of its two owners, Andrea Zanatta and Francesco Zorzetto, and the insistence of Andrea’s father, who encouraged them to create a high-quality beer — a beer of their own — to offer first to friends and to the patrons of their well-known Venetian venue, La Cantina, which they have been managing for over fifteen years. They began their journey with great enthusiasm, crafting an artisanal beer where yeast, the careful selection of the finest hops, and processing through a modern, efficient, and almost entirely manually controlled system play a central role. This allows them to offer a simple, genuine, fresh product with a distinctive and unmistakable taste.
