The GiraMonticano is a 26 km route that follows the river between Motta di Livenza and Oderzo. Crossing the Treviso plain, it passes the Sanctuary of the Madonna dei Miracoli and the ancient Roman town of Opitergium. Among riverbanks, Venetian villas, and villages, the route invites you to discover an authentic region where nature, history, and productive traditions intertwine in the slow pace of the river landscape.

Following the course of the Monticano River, this cycling route crosses the Treviso plain through waterways, countryside landscapes and historic towns that reflect the deep connection between local communities, nature and traditional craftsmanship. The 26-kilometre itinerary runs through Motta di Livenza, Oderzo and the Opitergino-Mottense area along riverbanks, secondary roads and peaceful natural paths immersed in the quiet atmosphere of the Venetian countryside. From the Sanctuary of Madonna dei Miracoli in Motta di Livenza to the ancient Roman town of Opitergium in Oderzo, passing through Venetian villas, rural landscapes and riverside views, the Giro del Monticano offers an authentic slow tourism experience in the heart of the Marca Trevigiana.
