Founded in 1998 by master cheesemaker Favero Fernando and his son Nicola, Caseificio Montegrappa is a young and innovative company that keeps alive the link with the Venetian cheese-making tradition.
Specialising in the production of typical cheeses from the Grappa Massif, such as Morlacco del Grappa, Bastardo del Grappa and Vecia Mastea, the dairy is committed to preserving these excellent products, which are at risk of disappearing due to the depopulation of mountain areas. Over the years, it has expanded its range, offering a wide selection of cow’s, goat’s and sheep’s milk products, available both fresh and matured, including lactose-free cheeses.
Craftsmanship and quality remain its strengths, combining tradition and innovation through passion and determination.
